Age of Mankind - Izanagi about to be delivered!

Hi everyone, how's summer going?

This is a super fast update to keep informed!

We are receiving Progenitor God Izanagi kits so we are already shipping some inside EU (some have already received him) and a batch is ready to be shipped in UK (which means UK and Asia).

Production is proceeding (almost 50% Izanagi is done - as you see he is way faster than Izanami) and we are about to receive Mana and Seki & Juzu as well (100% completed).

As always, our quality speaks for ourselves and we don't think more words are needed!

Production & Fulfillment update

Production is going smoothly and without problems. Everything has the best quality and no issues happened harming the process so far.

Same for packaging and shipping to the HUBs. 

In conclusion, nothing worrisome to report!

• Izanami is 100% completed.
• Izanagi's molds are fully made and first copies are being cast. When a certain number of kits have been completed, they will be shipped to us, packed, shipped to the HUBs, then to the backers (or directly to the backers in some cases). Usually a parcel with 48 Izanami's took about 10 days to be made, so we expect to receive the first next week!
• Izanagi has less pieces than Izanami and it has to be produced in about 200 less copies in comparison to his sister, so we expect Izanagi to took a lot less than Izanami to be 100% completed.
• For the same reason, busts have very few pieces and have to be cast in very few copies in comparison to Izanami and Izanagi, so the time will be even shorter there.
• Mana and Seki & Juzu are already under production and will be delivered to us soon.

So, those orders who have no busts and are not in the American continent can expect to be the next to be served (as a quickly reminder, American continent will be served only when everything will be ready for specific request of the fulfillment HUB).

Age of Mankind - EU Fulfillment has Started

Hi everyone!

Production is proceeding and while both us and the caster are exhausted from the hard work we couldn't be happier! The molds are pure gold and the casts have outstanding detail. 

We are SO looking forward to start working on Izanagi, and now the time is close!

Fulfillment Update

As planned, we were able to start fulfilling the orders and some backers are already receiving them! 

Here a little recap about the current state:

EU - Fulfillment has started. Some orders will be sent by ourselves in person like it is happening in these weeks, while some others will be shipped out by our fulfillment hub in Germany (which is about to receive the first Izanami stocks).

UK, ASIA - We have started shipping the first Izanami stocks to the hub.

US - The first Izanami stocks will ship next week, but as said the fulfillment won't begin before all the items have reached the hub because of the fulfillment hub's policy.

Australia - Everything will be shipped in one single batch to the hub when all the items are in our warehouse.

Age of Mankind - Looking Addresses and UK News

Locking addresses in EU and America

You should have received a Backerkit email that asks you to confirm your shipping address. Please make sure you update your shipping address if it has changed!

Any order sent to the wrong addess because a backer did not update their address will have to be shipped again at the entire backer's cost.

Please also remember this does not change our fulfillment plans as they have been described in the previous update (American continent orders will start only when all the items - Izanami, Izanagi, busts, Mana, Seki and Juzu  - will reach our US hub). 

If you need to change your address after it has been locked, reach as out as fast as you can by writing us a KS private message or an email at [email protected].

Good news for UK backers!

We know the project was not UK friendly, but we would have been quite sad knowing you would have had to deal with abnormous fees and duties, so we struggled a lot to make the items be shipped from inside the UK.

And we did it!

Age of Mankind - Production & Fulfillment Update

Good day eveyone!

It is finally time to discuss about the fulfillment plan, but meanwhile here's a look at the box and the art prints!

Fulfillment Update

In order to ensure consistency in the various models, we decided to have all of them cast by a single artisan. The campaign performed amazingly well so, as you might imagine, it is taking some time for him to produce such a large number of high quality models.

This left us with two options for how we might approach fulfillment:

1) Wait until we receive all the models and then ship all the orders at once meaning everyone would have to wait longer

Or

2) Ship the models in batches as soon as we receive them meaning nearly all backers will receive their rewards sooner but some will receive them earlier than others.

The second option looked better to us for many reasons. Since we personally pack each miniature by hand to ensure the quality of all the models, shipping sooner means a better flow in our warehouse allowing the entire project to be delivered sooner to everyone.

Despite our best efforts, shipping for some regions will commence only when all the items destined for that area have reached its fulfillment center. We tried to negotiate for them to start shipping as soon as they receive the first batches of miniatures from us, but they want to start the fulfillment only when they have all the items in their possession.

For the European Union, our intention is to start shipping as soon as we can. We are already working on the packages and we will start shipping from our private warehouse ASAP. In fact, we are confident the first packages could start shipping by the end of the month which would be earlier than the original estimated delivery date! At the same time, we will use an EU-based fulfillment center to speed up the process. Keep in mind that the orders containing Izanagi, the busts and other add-ons will have to wait until those models are produced. We expect to see the first Izanagi casts in April, and the busts in May.

UK

For the UK, we are still working with our UK logistics company to find the best way to handle fulfillment to this region. 

The campaign did not promise a UK friendly shipping, but we are working to see if there is a way to make things easier for our UK backers like shipping from inside the UK!
